How to think like a leader and accept responsibilities

“Think like a Leader; Take actions”. Defining who a leader is or what a leader does is pretty well a waste(of words and time), as we know quite well the roles attached to being called a leader; the one we see as dominant in thinking and processing of thoughts, to us. The one we seek his knowledge and teachings based on his experience, to avoid missteps and misguidance, a journey of life free of mistakes; a point to note, “mistake-free”— does not literally mean a life well spent without mistakes, but worth looking back to with little or no effect.

So, the question should be; Why should we be the Leaders of tomorrow when we have now, today, to accomplish whatever we want in accomplishment? When does our action speak for us when we are considered a Leader and the adverse effect? Why should a population of 887 million people of different gender and thinking listen to us as we speak on the podium of excellence, academically or Psychologically, to make impact and alter their thinking and make them see ideas and views exactly the way we see it?

The answer to this questions are mysterious, though not far fetched, that takes a whole lot of gut and self-accomplishment to make oneself understand and sink it in.

Why should we be the Leaders of tomorrow when we have today?

Quite frankly, we find ourselves amidst people of stiffening liberal thinking and debate on what life should be or how life should be spent, of what age a child must become or attain before making impactful contributions. It's not hearsays anymore, it is what we all know as Matured Adult thinking— a thinking that Adults or preferably to their view, people of age, make the best of decisions, even if it has to do with deciding other's life and what should become of it. We were all created with views, ideas and potentials to make us thrive through the unpleasant wave of life and it's advances, with our flaws staying stuck to us like Muds stay stuck to its dwellers— And irrespective of our differences, we have one thing in common; the ability to think or create a stream of thought.

Every young or old person have a way they respond to issues that requires immediate attention, regardless of their ages, from deciding which delicacy to go for, to taking steps that decides their future. Age is just a figure, not a measure of Maturity,  if it were to be a measure, then every old men will be wise enough to keep the world in balance. With great task or difficulty comes greater strength to contain or control it. The harder life becomes whilst takes us through its twist and turns, the stronger we become for the task ahead.

So, instead of deciding the future, with so much uncertainties, we want for the younger ones; why not allow them the privilege to have their thoughts and endeavour to be advisory rather than deciding. Instead of living the sunset and sunrise with the views of creating a leader who rules to our own principle, why not tell them a leader leads regardless of the stern attention on their own terms, and allow for some liberal thinking, more natural and original, rather than choosing for them what we see deem fit their taste, which is entirely an allergy. Instead of training them for tomorrow, why not now, while we are making our mistakes; so they can know the consequences of leading astray.

Act like a leader, take responsibilities

For a fact; figures, coefficients and alphabets make Arithmetics harder than they seem to be. And funny enough, they live by their own principles, laws and theories. Just like us, Human, generally; we live by what we believe or made to believe is right in speech and actions, the code of conduct that governs our ideology and how we respond to our problems. Some of us decides what solution fits our problems, and some depends on others they view as high in Intelligence, perhaps they should have a solution to their problems because of their advance way of thinking.

It is one thing to be idealistic and another to be a good executor of ideas and real problem solvers. And how we solve each problems, dependently or independently, determines what we become of our thoughts, a seeker of advice or a giver of it, an action taker or one who waits for command , a follower or a “Leader”.

Real problem solvers pay good attention to details, noticing and creating an idea of what approach will suit the problem ahead and how to execute and counterbalance it. They observe before taking actions, listen more rather than speak, and mistakes with the intention of learning or impacting their own knowledge instead of Winning— qualities of one worthy of being called a leader. You can't get a person's attention by trying to drive their thoughts or take control of it, you have to be given access to what belongs not to you. Thinking like a leader requires you to think ahead of any condition that might be tabled at your feet, and becoming a worthy leader depends on how perfectly you solve problems or how defective you are in your thought processing, and this will also determine how long you stay as a leader or how soon you fall from the title of leadership.

Think like a Leader, Take actions.
